Nyonya Menu With The Dome Set Promotion Now Available At E West

E West recently launched their Dome set promotion in addition to their current banquet hall menu selection.

Due to countless inquiries received from customers on the Dome set for function catering, E West Head Chief Chinese Kitchen – Chef Joseph Chang created a special menu that will be available for catering booking that has started and will be on until this June 26.

The Assam Nyonya Fish Slice dish is quite a favourite with diners.

A set of the Dome priced at RM488+ for 10 persons consists of eight items ie Beef Rendang, Udang Sambal Petai, Rebung Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Ayam Goreng Inchi Kabin, Assam Nyonya Fish Slice, Sayur Kacang Masak Sambal Belacan, Nasi Pandan and Coconut Pudding.

The Ayam Goring Inchi Kabin is a delight to sink your teeth into.

Also, included in the set are complimentary air bandung and kurma (dates).

Chef Chang, a 47-year old local with more than 20 years of experience in the culinary line, had once worked in Austria back in the 90s, and this tells very much in his fusion dishes.

Obviously missing Sabah, he came back shortly after, and since then has worked in several outlets in town and mastering his cooking skills with variety of styles, be it the typical local Sabahan dishes, Western, Chinese or even Nyonya dishes.

The coconut pudding is a worthy dessert.

By featuring Nyonya dishes in E West’s latest Dome set promotion, he hopes it will satisfy the demand from the customers.

The E West banquet hall can cater for almost all types of functions either corporate meetings and events, engagements, weddings, full moon parties, birthdays or any social events.

The hall can accommodate up to 200 seats for a sit-in dinner function or 320 seats if combined with restaurant space.
