Four families at the Kampung Patau-Patau 2, Kg Rancha-Rancha, Kg Kilan and Kg Tg Aru received tithe assistance for various needs of monthly financial aid, house rental and disaster aid scheme amounting to RM20, 100 today.

“Despite some of the tithe recipients are working and getting monthly salary of less than RM1, 000 or a little bit more, but we have to look at their dependents like the number of children especially who are still schooling and this category of people we can assist them in monthly house rental,” he said.

He stressed not all the recipients are getting the monthly tithe assistance for the whole period of their life, but rather the assistance is to help them to improve their wellbeing.
